Brandon Cross is an associate attorney primarily focusing on business litigation. His practice encompasses a broad range of complex civil litigation matters, including public entity defense and insurance-related lawsuits. Mr. Cross brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to each case, leveraging his growing experience to advocate effectively for his clients.
Mr. Cross earned his Juris Doctor from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law in 2024, where he distinguished himself both academically and through active involvement in co-curricular programs. While in law school, he competed in multiple national advocacy competitions, including Mock Trial, Moot Court, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He was a finalist and recipient of the Best Speaker Award at the 2024 regional National Appellate Advocacy Competition in Los Angeles.
Following law school, Mr. Cross began his legal career in insurance defense litigation, representing insurers and insured clients in a variety of general liability and public entity matters. In that role, he gained hands-on litigation experience early in his career, managing case files from inception through resolution. His responsibilities included drafting and responding to complex discovery, handling high-stakes discovery disputes, preparing and defending witnesses in deposition, conducting depositions of parties and experts, and researching and drafting dispositive motions. He has also appeared in court on contested matters, argued pre-trial motions, and participated in trial preparation and strategy sessions.
Mr. Cross is known for his measured, thorough approach to litigation and his ability to communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court. He works closely with clients to develop proactive litigation strategies aligned with their business objectives and is committed to delivering responsive and results-driven legal representation.
Outside the office, Mr. Cross is an avid outdoors enthusiast. He enjoys hiking, camping, and playing tennis in his free time.
