Elizabeth T. Hall is a Shareholder and member of the Firm’s Real Estate Services Group, as well as the Business and Corporate Services Group. Ms. Hall has significant experience representing both commercial and residential real estate developers, including homebuilders, shopping center developers and hotel developers. Ms. Hall’s practice includes negotiation and documentation of residential and commercial purchase and sale agreements and the financing for such transactions. She works with buyers and sellers in connection with the purchase and sale of both developed and undeveloped industrial, commercial and mixed-use sites, and with equity providers in the negotiation of joint venture transactions. Ms. Hall’s real estate practice also includes commercial leasing.
Prior to joining Jackson Tidus, Ms. Hall was a partner with the law firm of Ross, Wolcott, Teinert & Prout LLP where she practiced both real estate and corporate law for over ten years. She was also an associate in the Business & Technology Group of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP where she specialized in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings (as well as other private equity and debt offerings), public offerings, public company compliance matters and general corporate law for nearly a decade. Fifth District Supervisor Patricia Bates appointed Ms. Hall to the Orange County Planning Commission in 2009 where she served for four years, including a year as Chairperson of the Commission.
