Spring M. Robinson

Ms. Robinson’s practice includes extensive experience in commercial leasing transactions representing landlords and tenants in the negotiation and preparation of lease agreements, extensions and amendments, and in purchase and sale transactions representing buyers or sellers in the negotiation and documentation of purchase and sale agreements and escrow instructions for office, residential and commercial real property.

In addition, Ms. Robinson represents commercial lenders in financing transactions and loan modifications, including preparation of loan documents and modification agreements.  Her practice also includes land use, entitlement issues and common interest subdivision matters.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Robinson was vice president of acquisitions and dispositions for a large real estate investment company in Marin County, California, where she acquired extensive experience in transactional real estate matters involving the purchase and sale, due diligence and financing of various types of real property.  She also worked in mortgage finance for over 10 years.
