We at Jackson Tidus are reaching out to clients and industry colleagues regarding the ongoing concerns about COVID-19. We know it is a difficult and fluid situation with new developments each day. In response to this situation, we like many other firms, have undertaken a number of precautionary measures for the safety of our staff and the clients we serve.
To mitigate the risk of COVID-19 occurrences, we have created internal policies and procedures for the safety and support of our staff and attorneys. In relation to our clients and the community in general, Jackson Tidus is suspending all non-essential in-person meetings, discretionary business travel and industry events for the foreseeable future. However, we do not believe that these precautionary measures or any potential further precautionary measures will impact Jackson Tidus’ ability to serve our clients. As a result of prudence and prior planning, Jackson Tidus has the required infrastructure in place to provide all attorneys the capability to work remotely. We will also have access to video conferencing and other technology to lessen the impact of restricting in person contact.
It is important to note that regardless of how this unfortunate situation evolves, Jackson Tidus will always be here to serve its clients and offer assistance with the issues arising from this crisis. We look forward to doing our part as a member of our community to help everyone move past this situation, while continuing to provide the same level of service you have come to expect from Jackson Tidus.
