IRVINE, CA – F. Scott Jackson has been named to the 2017 list of Southern California Super Lawyers®.
This is the twelfth consecutive year that Mr. Jackson has been named to the prestigious, peer reviewed list. He chairs the Firm’s Subdivisions Services Group. The Group has created over 3,000 community associations for homebuilders and land developers nationally. He has authored several books and articles including three chapters in Forming California Common Interest Developments, published by the California State Bar. He also co-authored the book entitled Condominiums and Cooperatives with the Assistant Attorney General of the State of New York. He is described as a leading commentator by the California Court of Appeal and his writings have been cited with approval in several of its opinions. Mr. Jackson is a past president of the National Community Associations Institute.
