Ms. Larson’s work with real estate development companies includes the strategic negotiation of construction contracts. Ms. Larson counsels both lenders and borrowers in the preparation and negotiation of real property secured loan documents and modification agreements, meeting her clients’ varied financial needs. With a strong background in leasing, Ms. Larson advocates for both commercial and residential landlords, skillfully handling lease negotiations, amendments, and extensions and keeping her clients apprised of new laws effecting the landlord-tenant relationship.
