Regulatory Approvals
We have extensive experience in obtaining federal, state and local approvals to develop and sell homes, and we regularly advise our clients on the application and use of available federal and state regulatory exemptions.
Risk Management
Our risk management services include comprehensive buyer disclosures, advice on construction liability insurance programs and the negotiation of agreements with contractors, subcontractors, design professionals and other development consultants. We offer our clients a successful approach to the resolution of construction defect claims with trial-tested protective provisions in our project governance documents and sales contracts.
