William “Bill” Turpit is experienced in general real estate matters, concentrating in common interest subdivision work for a wide range of planned residential communities throughout California.
Mr. Turpit’s practice in general real estate matters spans 30 years and, since joining the Firm in 1998, has been concentrated in the Firm’s Subdivisions Services Group, chaired by F. Scott Jackson.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Turpit was an in-house counsel for 13 years with a large California developer of residential, commercial and industrial properties, with affiliated real estate service companies. His hands-on knowledge of development operations gained during that tenure now enhances Mr. Turpit’s ability to provide practical counsel and transactional support to his clients engaged in the development, marketing and sale of common interest subdivisions, for projects ranging from two to two thousand or more units.
